Subject: Rapid Running Event Series, anyone done one?

Just found out they have one coming to our town and had never heard of them. Was wondering if they put on a good race.

Here are some great comments from their Wisconsin Dells Event last summer. My friend also ran in this race, and loved it.

Rapid Running put on a half marathon and 5k last fall in Onalaska and it was horrible.

I thought it didn't seem right that a group from out of town would come in and put on a marathon.

Rapid Running just postponed the Buffalo Half Marathon less than 9 days before the race. No explanation.  To be rescheduled "sometime in the fall".

We had our marathon here in Wausau over the weekend, but no thanks to Rapid Running. If some groups from town wouldn't have stepped in and took it over it would have been cancelled too.
