Let me apologize in advance for the poor quality of this picture, however if you look closely you can see Brian (huengsolo) posing a la Jessi at the top of Wolf Pen Gap in the North Ga mountains. For those of you who don't know this is one of the climbs in the Tour De Georgia that the pros are sucking on (Cat 2 climb). There's no one workout...its the total package! (Nutrition, core strength, stability, flexibility, mobility, elasticity and on top of that, your cardio strength/endurance.) Sounds like a lot, but that's the beauty of Core Performance it helps you cover it all very time efficiently. More core strength/hip stability, and you'll be able to do more w/ your arms and legs anyway...and you'll actually be injury free all the time, to do the training you need to do to look great always!! well, that...and I picked my parents well |
