They're on. Tuesdays at 6:30, both East and West. Check the RATS website for locations.

I'm going to try to go tonight, not sure if I'll be able to. If you've never done one, these are great training days as well as a chance to me some really nice people.

I was a volunteer for one of these a couple of weeks ago and it really does look like a good, friendly workout. I am looking forward to taking part soon but won't be for a few weeks yet as I am on kiddie duty for next few weeks
