Comments:

Between doing low-carb the last month and being sick the last 3 weeks, my times this season are horrible andust plain bad. My body just does not have enough fuel to do anymore than 2 or 3 miles. After that I can barely move my legs and I get really lite headed. But I rather lose weight now than have to try to do it when my training volume increases.
