Swim
Comments: The swim was one of my strongest during a race. I maintained a constant pace. 1st lap was a little faster but I quickly settled into my rythem. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Transition 1
Comments: Had to exit the pool area and transition in the hallway. then up a flight of stairs to the staionary bikes. Was awarded the fastest transition time of the day. What would you do differently?: not a thing. It was great. Bike
Comments: This was a huge improvement from last year taking off about 4 minutes. Transition 2
Comments: there was not a second transition. off the bikes it was 8 to 10 feet to the track. any time here to change was part of your bike time. Run
Comments: I think my speed work is working nicely. I think by Aprils race I should be close to the 6 minute mark. Post race
Warm down: a little stretching and a short lap with the kiddos. continued to walk around to keep muscles moving for a bit. Event comments: I thought it was a good race for an indoor tri. I hope it grows to be a little bigger event. It did have one of the biggest prize packs for our area, that was a bit of a shock. Good job guys. Last updated: 2012-01-08 12:00 AM
