I'm 282 and I'm hoping to be in the first batch.  My first race is in May.  I doubt they will be here by then, but it would be super awesome to have them by June.

The 500 you are referring to is the maximum number of individual wheels, not orders. 400-500 individual wheels produced & shipped per month. I noticed quite a few people ordering 3 wheels. I would think if a person is order #329 or under, then they will be in the first group, since it was confirmed last night that order #129 was/is the first offcial order

Don't forget about all those double, triple, and quadruple duplicate orders that could be between 129 and wherever you are. First batch will probably be way higher than 329.

Oh I am crossing my fingers, believe me!! I am anxiously waiting to see how things shake down. I am order #414. So that puts me 285th in line. I hoping there are, at least, 50 duplicate orders in front of me, to bump me up. I know it's a long shot, but I buy Mega Millions & Powerball tickets for every drawing for the same reason.....a chance that I'll get lucky!!

Wow - ended up at order 591 thanks to an ordering system that continually reset itself/crashed, etc.  I'd be shocked if I was in the first round of orders.  Question now is whether to reward them for a faulty, frustrating system or cancel the order.

The wheel goes from manufacture to owner to customer.  It cuts the middlemen (distributor and store) out of the equation.

I still have no clues as to what my order number is. I had one in the 300s canceled so I guess I am still at least that high (low)

My number is lower than yours so I don't care if you cancel, now if you were lower I would be encouraging you to bug out!

There have been a couple of positive reviews already.

With that said I bought them to try, and I guess take a chance. I feel like if the wheels do not live up to expectations they will take them back. I also used my Amex card for the purchase and they will make sure my purchase is covered.

I feel it was to good of a deal not to take a small chance!

Don't forget that they'll only refund and accept unused wheels. You may also want to check with AMEX what their time policy is in covering your purchases. Will they cover a purchase that is 60 days or older, and for some it will even be longer depending on which shipment your order is in.

I got an email at 2:30am... shipping group 1 (218)

The numbers in the different groups dont seem to be sequencial. I ordered a 60/90 for reference.

Just got the email... Shipping group 2 for me. I was hoping for 1, but since my "A" race is not until the end of the summer, I should be good. Looking forward to getting my wheel (I just ordered 1) whenever it arrives!

My order number was 163.  I ordered a Flo 60/90.  I wish I had ordered the disc though.  Probably next year or a disc cover.

My number is 237 and I'm in group 2. Not sure how the decisions were made. Disappointed but no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Did you purchase a disc?  It sounds to me like the shipping group is not only the order number but what wheel you purchased.  The disc sounds like it exceeded the allotment for each group faster than the other wheels.  Not sure what they based the allotment on.

I did indeed purchase a disc. Not sure how many discs made it into group 1. I didn't figure that many people would be ordering discs but I think was I wrong.
