Yeah, they told me 11am on the weekends for lap lanes. I can't believe its getting here so quickly. And we're still on for an AM & PM OWS on the 15th? Oh and what about carb loading on the night of the 15th? Know of any good places around there?

I'll probably make a run over just to get the packet and make sure I know where I'm going.  I'll stick close to home the night before.

and I can't believe this is ONLY my second tri of the season.  I'm such a slug, sophomore slump?

Awesome!  Definitely try to make it if you can.  Probably around 5.  Dunedin Causeway is where we've been doing most of them.  Flat water, usually not too busy and a nice place to swim.

Adam - Carb loading on the 15th...we can do Olive Garden in Palm Harbor, that's the Jeff/Terri traditional place we usually hit.  But we can do any place really.  You should eat a small amount of protein before a tri...a little different than carb loading for a running race.  You need the protein for swimming since your arms require the muscle strength as well as the carbs for endurance.

That sounds great. I love Olive Garden!! And I always have protein with my carbs before running. So that won't be a problem.

Ok, Jeff and I are meeting up on Saturday morning for an OWS and meeting with Betsy that evening for another OWS. Are we just going to meet up with eachother on race day near the swim start or in TA? We need to get together for pre adn post race pictures too. See everyone soon.

all I know is I'm gonna make it out sometime on Saturday for packet pickup.I also need to buy some more bodyglide and other stuff.   I will text Jeff and let him know when I get there.  WE'll  most likely bump into each other somehwere in the morning on race day.
