Subject: New Triathlete
Hello all,

I'm Rico and I want to compete in my 1st triathlon this year. I have not registered yet, but I will very very soon. I'm using the Sprint 3x 16 week workout for training.


I do have a question....how do you read the entries for the daily workouts? For example, does "12-swim" mean 12 minute swim?

Welcome to BT Rico,

Yes, that is time.  You will notice on the attached image all those times in minutes will add up to the total time of 13 hours etc.  You can, of course, do more but that's based on your current abilities etc.
