Subject: New Triathlete Hello all,
I'm Rico and I want to compete in my 1st triathlon this year. I have not registered yet, but I will very very soon. I'm using the Sprint 3x 16 week workout for training.
I do have a question....how do you read the entries for the daily workouts? For example, does "12-swim" mean 12 minute swim?
