Help With Calve Recovery...

Three years back I blew an achilles.  I'm able to swim, bike, run and do everything else with no problems.  However, my calve on the leg that blew is still about one inch smaller around than the one that is "normal".  Any ideas on what I can do to get the legs back to be more the same size?
