Hi all. I'm fairly new to triathlon, I did my first Olympic distance last year in 2 hours 52, and recently did a sprint (with little prep) in 1.31.
I'm a Sydney girl moving to New York in April 2012, and have signed up to do the NYC Tri for Freds team. I am looking for advice in terms of a club to join when I get to NY (Manhattan). I really prefer group training to going solo, so that's what I want out of a club.
I currently run with a group twice a week, where we do mainly sprint and hill based training, which I can't imagine doing on my own!
