Which is what I'm doing right now.  I have to go in for a  medical test at 11 am...which means nothing by mouth since midnight last night, including water.  It's 8:44...I could get a run in, but I can't drink anything afterward!

But I didn't exercise yesterday and right now I am climbing the walls.....

Just start reading threads in COJ.  Before you know it you'll be brain dead and late for your appt.  Works for me every time.

Uh...wait....nevermind.

Heh. Good one.

Cindy if you go you're going to have a bad run, and the further you go the better chance you'll have a hard time running back.

Don't do it and go this afternoon.

LOL...I totally had the same dilemma as you a few weeks ago. I ended up using the time to sleep in.

Depending on the tests, and what they are doing it could REALLY SCREW THEM UP!

I had blood drawn one Saturday morning a couple months back, they were doing the normal testing.  Checking to make sure everything was ok, I did a 35 minute run prior to the test, drank water but nothing else (Have to fast prior to this test for 10-12 hours).  Test results came back, everything was great....... EXCEPT my potasium was WAY LOW, now the poor doctor rather than asking what was going on, just wrote a script to cover the "problem."  Had the guy asked I would have told him I had run prior to the blood work being done.
