I'm so hungry, I could kill a rhino with my bear hands as long as I got to dip it in Sweet Baby Rays...

As you were.

Yeah, I notice the hunger pangs are more frequent, painful, and I feel nauseated if I don't eat right away.

The hunger I can deal with, the thirst is killing me, after a hard workout last week swim & gym in which I had a 700ml water & a 700 ml supplement during the 3 hr workout, when I got home I was still so dehydrated

I made a big bowl OF double chocolate milkshake it made 2 lg soda fountain glasses full, drank that then a dreaded soda, another glass of water and finally I ate a jumbo freezee  before I felt like I wasn't drying up and was satisfied. Being in the pool seems to be the worst for me, being on the bike or running that long usually the 700 & 700 is plenty. IT's like the pool just sucks the fluid out of me.

Hunger is your friend.

I talk to my hunger.

"Hello Hunger.  Welcome back.  Thanks for coming.  I know becuse you are here that I am going to get to my weightloss/leanness goal.  Thanks you for that positive feedback on my eating plan.  Because if you weren't here, I would know I am going in the right direct."

"Oh OWWWW. Crap that hurts......stop it stop it stop it.  Okay okay okay  here is a cup of cottage cheese.  UhUh no cheese danish for you.  It makes you feel bloated anyway."

"Besides I gave you hoemade chicken pot pie at the Superbowl party and you complained all night."

"Oh...shut up hunger...I a in charge."

Not a great friend though, but your friend.

Ha.  I know about the conversations in my head.  I rate my hunger level in lb/week.  "That hunger feels like about .7 lb/week.  That's good."  "Whoa that's hitting up to 1.2 right now. I need to get some baby carrots or a soda cracker."

Interstingly for me, 0 lb/week still has a noticeable hunger level.  So if I feel comfortable, I am probably gaining weight.  It wasn't always this way.  Life at 60 is not going like 60.

Yeah, my weight is staying the same.  But I'm eating all the time.  Oh well.  I'm DEFINITELY going to eat this.  Those meatballs look divine.

Like a hunger richter scale.  I think you should give it a name.

When I wake up in the AM and am ripping hungry, I am all "Yayaaaaaaaa"

I don't know what I'll do when I get to the leanness goal I am shooting for.

Keeping the same weight is not as exciting as losing weight.

Yeah, my weight is staying the same.  But I'm eating all the time.

Ain't that the truth!

I do a monday night ride that always kicks my ###. But then on tuesday I'm hungry for the whole day, no matter what I eat.

My co-workers probably think I have a tapeworm.

I actually had a coworker say that to me last Thursday.  We were doing "strategic planning" and I brought out my, "man bag" as they call it (its a neoprene lunch sack) and had snacks at four or five different times during the day.  At the post lunch snack I got the, "Good grief man.  Do you have a tapeworm or something?!"

I train harder than a 1 legged man in butt kicking contest but it sure makes me eat. I am 5'5" 134lbs and I eat more than the 6' plus, 280+ guys at work. They just look at my mound of food and shake there head. Then when I eat again 2 hours later they say, "Dude! Really! You have got to be sh***ng me!" lol

I'm a year into weight watchers.  I'm down 63 pounds and have 17 more to hit goal.  I started my half marathon training program last week and I am STARVING!

I am eating my activity points that I've earned to support my training and I'm still losing .5-1 pounds a week but my god I'm so hungry!  I know training for performance and training for weight loss are two different things.  Maybe I can hit goal before I need to turn this plan into training for performance.
