Louis Garneau Bike Tri Shoes

While I don't have these exact shoes, I do have these:

I like them a lot. I also have LG mtb shoes. Their widths are pretty standard from what I've found. They can actually be a little tight in the winter if I have a pair of Smart Wool socks on. But wearing a pair of thin running socks or no socks they are fine.

My tri shoes and mtb shoes fit very similarly.

Like everything else, if you can try them on first- or return them easily- I would.

I been wearing the Tri Speed, also, and absolutely love them. I need a wider toe box and have found these shoes to be very comfortable.

I have the Tri Speed as well, though I'm due for a new pair of shoes. The X-Speed looks interesting. It doesn't have the second strap or hot and cold insoles included, but it looks like they made a lot of changes to the overall design. 

I wear the tri speeds.  If anything they are a little too wide for me at times.  Good shoe.
