Comments:

I ran the houston half marathon at 8.49 pace and have been training hard since for 70.3 and full Ironman. It was great to see the improvement since mid January. I maintained a constant pace for first two 5 k segments in 8.18 pace and then a 8.15 pace for the last 5k. My 5k/10k splits were 25.44 and 51.29.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing - a well judged race, exceeded expectations.

Walked to the expo/food and had some Hot Chocolate!
