Yes, the rolling resistance varies alot from tire to tire, but if you want a good balance between puncture resistance but still with a good low rolling resistance, check those Mich. Pro II's and also the Continental GP4000. Check: www.biketiresdirect.com They always have some really good tires on sale. |

They are great for TTs, Tri, RRs, and Crits! I only use them in races, that way they will last a whole season. Never flatted once using the Michelin Pro Race last year! Plenty of folks on the bike forums like them Pro Race 2's are a high quality standard. The Grand Prix 3000s are good, and affordable. The Grand Prix 4000s are even better, but pricy right now since they're relatively new on the market. Check www.roadbikereview.com if you want to get comments on a specific tire. |
