Confusing swim route. Cramping in my left calf started half way through the swim. ended up swimming last 1/4 mile with one leg kick.

Crash on mile about mile 18 had me on side of road for 10 min or so as a volunteer who happened to be in the medical field evaluated me. Continued to with a badly road rashed arm. and back.

Not crash and work on hill climbing

Hey, congratulations on your finish!  I see that you're running again this year.  Did you find the bike portion particularly hilly?  I signed up for the Olympic based on previous distances I've done in each individual sport (including in succession, though not immediate transition) but I just got off a trainer and onto a real bike and the hills are proving more challenging than I had anticipated.  Thanks in advance...
