Calaveras Duathlon Long Course in San Antonio Texas, thanks for the tip from yesterday: http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=426212&posts=11&start=1

1st in my AG 40-44, 5th OA!

I will write a report but the quick stats are

1st 5K --- 24:26 - 7:50 average

21 Mile bike --- 59 minutes - 21.0 Average MPH!

2nd 5K --- 24:42 - 7:49 average

I must also mention the nearly pouring down rain on the bike.

Great day in the saddle for me, cool awards!

Congrats. How is the pace of your second run faster when the time is slower?Dus are fun. I've done two. Won the overall in one and seventh OA in the other.
