I was pushing hard in red zone 82% of the time in last half-marathon.
This is too crazy. I'm sure this is not normal. What's your zone like for longer races?

I never wear an HRM for races, but I wouldn't be surprised if mine were the same. It's so easy to soar right past Z2 and even 3.  I could see myself doing most of  race in Z4 for sure.

Maybe it's time for you to do another test to determine your zones?

I quit wearing my heart rate monitor for racing. Gets me too freaked out. I race by RPE entirely, sometimes it works and sometimes I blow up. But, it's called racing and I accept those possibilities. Looking at your numbers I would not be overly concerned with a heart rate in the 160's. Were all different and some people just have higher average heart rates. I don't believe it's good or bad, it just is. Before I quit wearing one I averaged 182 bpm at a half marathon. Ran my last 2 miles within 5 seconds of my average pace so I don't think it affected my overall run.

I wear my HRM when racing, but have made a practice of turning off any alerts, and not looking at my HR when running the last portion of the run. I use it as a way to easy into longer running distances so I can (attempt to) reverse split runs. Looking your graphs, I find myself wondering what happened that last 20 minutes; did you keep the pace and lower your heart rate, or did you bonk and slow down?

I was doing good until mile 9-10 and started to fade. I had to really rev it up last few miles to finish it good.

That's a sign you went out too hard, and also a problem I needed to overcome. I use my HRM to pace myself on the first few miles to 1/2 of the run so I have ample 'gas in the tank' when I finish.

It is typical to see an upward trend in your heart rate over the course of a race.  It looks to me like you went out too hard and could not maintain and crashed at the end.  Here is my data from a HM on 2/12.  The second chart does not have the correct date for some reason.  The attachment shows my HR over time during the race, notice the steady increase.

Edit - I could not add the attachment that shows my HR over time graph but you can see the gradual increase in the lap data AHR numbers.
