Spring racing season is almost upon us (for those in the Northern Hemisphere).  How'd it go this month?

I'm still coming back from a running injury, but I'm happy about the bike and swim:

Leaning towards the running side this month, that'll change in mid March. Funny that I had two days in the pool and they were both in the first week of the month.

Feb was my first full month of training. Training for my first Sprint Tri in June. Just started swimming this week as I was recovering from shoulder surgery in Dec.but here we go.

Bike   5hr 27 min    82.74 miles

Run    2hr 47 min     16.62 miles

Swim  33 min           1050 yards

I guess I have to start somewhere.

Foot surgery on Dec.1. Crutches for 5 weeks. Here's this month. I started running again on Feb.4. The bike miles are outside, the other hours are indoors. Need to swim more...

Down with a stomach bug for 5 days. Still disappointed in my run totals, but that'll be changing now that my 12 week marathon plan is upon me. I should try to bump my time in the saddle as well.

Getting ready for my first sprint tri in June.  Finally got the bike & got it set up on the trainer last week and I've been swimming once a week so far.

Bike:     51 miles
Run:     60.3 miles
Swim:    6650 yards

I'm training for the Boston Marathon, but had to take off 11 days earlier this month to rest a slight injury in my left foot. Otherwise, I'd be close to 300 miles this month. I substituted some water running during that time and also got in some skiing and hiking during a trip to Utah.
