Too fast of a start-dumb.Hit mile one at 6:37 then dropped to 8 m/m after that Had a slight cough before and during
What would you do differently?:

Pace myself better, I could have held a steady 7/mm or even a 6:50 if I paced it.

Pacing, maybe some residual cough or sickness from 2 weeks ago

Good race, disappointed that I did not place but realistically I cant do a 20 minute 5k at this time.
