I'm giving you a minute over your recent 10k time because you weren't tapered for the race and you seemed to be in pretty good shape at the finish of that race. Plus you've done a 3:50 before and I imagine that you're better trained now than you were then. Do they have on-line runner tracking, so that we can follow your progress two weeks from now? If you know that the eyes of BT are folliowing you, then you'll have no choice but to HTFU. |
