Comments:

I had to meet Julie at the beach (because of her MS, she didn't think she could run up the the transition area). I didn't put on my helmet or shoes until I got to my bike.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe have my shoes & helmet on.

Comments:

Very good ride...I really tried to push it (stayed in the top cog longer than usual).
What would you do differently?:

Maybe hit the downhill strenghts a little harder
Transition 2
  • 01m 55s
Comments:

A little slow with the transition. Was to relaxed and should have hurried myself a little more
What would you do differently?:

Untie my running shoes so that all I would have to do it put them on

Nothing...one of my best runs

Event comments:

Not bad for the 1st Triathlon in this small town. I'm looking forward to next year.

Hey, I was checking out who had done the Luray tri last year and saw you in the pics. I've seen you before when I attended Rileyville church. Your standing with Paul Johnson and Daniel Gochenour in one of your pictures. See you this year if you do it again.
