Short sprint. Got roughed up at the start trying to pass.
What would you do differently?:

Start out of the way. My time was pretty good, so maybe start near the front. Didn't really know where to be for my first Tri.

Good ride. Felt pretty good, but didn't pace well. Passed other cyclists quite a bit, but probably should have held back more for the run. I'm not in shape to go all out yet.
What would you do differently?:

Rode the course at least once before the race to understand the challenges

Nothing Left. Very Painful Run. Wanted to stop but didn't. I was passed quite often.

More base. Need to run more.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not fit enough. Limit on Endurance.

Event comments:

Good local race. Tough hills. Friendly competition.

It was fun to do it with my sons. THis was my first Triathlon (since 1986), so I have a long way to go....
