Subject: Afternoon racing - what to eat? I'm doing my first sprint tri tomorrow, my wave starts at 2pm. Most of the nutrition advice refers to races which start after breakfast, any suggestions on what to do for a late start?
My plan was to have a big-ish breakfast at about 9am and then maybe a light sandwich at about 11.30 am so I'm not eating in the 2 hrs before the race. Is this a good idea? |
