Comments:

ran this race like a tempo run, just wanted to run around 1:35. Was a good run for me just keep the miles between 7:25-7:05 range. Had one mile at 7:45 where I walked to grab a water to wash down a gel. Best I felt after this run usually beat up and leg cramps, this time nothing.
What would you do differently?:

nothing, no doubt I could have ran 2-3 minutes faster but stayed on goal pace for this race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing, marathon training has slowed my speed a little but goal for the day would be the limiting factor

Event comments:

Good inexpensive race with a few hills and many, many turns. Great race to find out what type of shape your in will do again.
