Why would you even be wearing a toque at -4c? Wuss. Tongue out 

I'm kidding (partly); I find at any temps close to freezing (assuming there isn't a windchill), the toque/mittens only stay on for the first 10-15 minutes of a run; then I overheat and have to take them off..
