still couldn't seem to catch my breathe from the swim think I swallowed too much water

I believe it was mostly just the wet suit that started this O2 problem

Warm down:

didn't have much time for this either the rain came down pretty hard

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of O2 and as I said this onset came from the swim with that wet suit I rented, next time I'll know better

they can't controll the the weather so I believe they did one heck of a good job in that weather thank you one and all rjh60

Course: shortened by weather and glad they did, I was not use to this wetsuit, found out after the swim I should have pulled it out and let the water in,it was keeping me from getting a full breathe and the collar was hitting me at the wrong place in my lower neck resricting me even farther, just glad I was able to finish this part...
