Pre-race routine:

Wake up as late as possible, find a parking space within walking distance and get through the line to transition in time to piss off my transition "neighbor" by moving some of her crap that was sprawled over enough space for four racers.
Event warmup:

Staning in line for one of two (seriously only 2) port-o-potties. Then did a fair amount of hopping up and down on the beach & shivering while waiting for my heat (ha! ha! heat :) to be called.
