Swim was cancelled and replaced with a 1 mile run, Ran a 6:56 mile. Didn't know I could run that fast but felt good.

Bike was good. Pushed it some in areas when I was feeling good but did not overdue it which is what I was worried about it. I was hoping to average 19-20 but ended up at almost 21 mph.

Calf muscle tightened up and gave me issues from the beginning. Got through it but should have been around 8 min/mile if it did not affect me.
What would you do differently?:

My first one, but it was very organized even with the cancellation of the swim. Great water staions on the course. I was really impressed with the number of intersections closed down or flagged for racers. All but one section racers had a full lane to themselves with parts closed to traffic. Ton of food and drinks after the race.
