Comments: Thought I went out to fast but really felt good. I think I ran a pretty smart race until the last mile trying to keep up with my friend. I am not dissapointed at all and was really surprised at how fast I ran it. What would you do differently?: Not much maybe build better into the final mile to mile and half and finish a little stronger. Post race
Warm down: Walked around and stretched. Got a banana, granola bar, water and a gatorade. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing really. I think it was a good race for me. Last updated: 2012-04-22 12:00 AM
