Run
Comments: HArd, but kept it in control for the rest of the race. Felt good about this run. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1
Comments: Good overall. next time I'll try the flying mount :) Bike
Comments: Lost my aerodrink stopper at the first corner along with my food, so I had to be conservative with water... Also noticed a flat when I got home... so 2nd lap was slower for 3 reasons- wind, fatigue, and flat. Then I looked laps were almost EXACTLY the same... WOW. What would you do differently?: different aerodrink- one with a top Transition 2
Comments: Had a little trouble with my shoes but BOY was I glad that I grabbed that bag of ice that I had left in TA!!!! What would you do differently?: go faster :) Run
Comments: Immediately felt dizzy. AFter having head down so long, my sinus crap came on with a quick start. By the first turnaround, I thought I was going to fall over I was so dizzy. After mile 1 was better, but just hurting.then on the way up the big hill, a few gals passed me- none in my AG until the last girl, who was. I TRIED so hard to hang but thought I was going to fall over- looked at my HRM and saw 201... So I thought just let her go. ALMOST had enough to surge around the final corner and into the chute, but not enough real estate. She got the podium by 5" What would you do differently?: not walk the aid station. Just gut it out!
