Last year's cutoff for the sprint was 80. That river report is encouraging huh? Start the Cipro and Flagyl soon.

It has rained a pretty good amount here in the past few days.  Hopefully it will be dry for the days leading up to June 23-24.

Yea, I think as long as there isn't a lot of rain in the days leading up to the race, we should be fine.

That river cast is always red. It was red last year and they did the swim.

A meet-up would be cool.  I don't know any of you in "real life" so it would be great to put faces to names.

Any idea if they will be offering neutral bike support for the Oly?  I know they have something setup before the race for inspections and during race day in the transition area, but what about out on the course on game day?

There's usually someone out there somewhere, but you don't want to rely on it.

I hear a rumor that Beakaway will be there and High Roads but I wouldnt bank on it.

I'll be volunteering Saturday. Look for a kook in Philly Tri CLub colors on a Trek Y Mountain bike. I'll be leading the first runner off the bike through the run course.

I cant speak for this race, but most of the races I have done have a van of some sort that sweeps the course picking up riders who cant manage to change a flat, and shuttles said rider back to the transition
