Chatting with my beloved former colleagues (I've missed them terribly) and a nice easy 1/2 mile jog.

Tired, tired legs. I knew yesterday that unless a miracle recovery happened overnight, this was not going to be one of my best races.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. The tired legs are a result of training for a triathlon, not this race. It was just a fun way to support my favorite charity and see all my friends.

Tired, tired legs.

Event comments:

Not as good as last year's race, but I supposed when you were the event planner/race manager the previous (inaugural) year, it's hard to look at it objectively.

Ha ha, one woman's SLOW is another's FAST and your time would be awesome for me to achieve!  They can't all be stellar it seems, but you know why you were feeling tired.  You'll just have to aim for next year!!
