Pre-race routine:

Woke up the the sound of rain. But I felt better than usual. Had some toast with peanut butter and 1/2 cup of coffee
Event warmup:

Could not find parking so walked/ jogged to the start had time for a quick stop at the bathroom, the into the already moving start

Comments:

Felt good had to take my orthotics out, they were not helping my knee, only hurting my feet, the wind off the lake was terrible and COLD! Luckily the rain stopped.
What would you do differently?:

Remembered to stretch afterwards, I am a bit sore today otherwise nothing we had fun and enjoyed the day.
