not much of pre-race routine. usual oatmeal/cranberry breakfast.

pretty good. Wore my Team jersey in honor of my late Friend T-Mack. the spinning I have been doing is working well. tried to work on keeping a high cadence. I dogged a couple of hills and almost burned out my quads.

I dont tie my shoes and slip them on so I am pretty good at that. One shoe gave me a lil issues cuz my feet were wet still with wet socks

wow, first brick run! didn't get my legs until almost a mile in. big nasty hill in the beginning. didn't walk up the big nasty hill right off the bike either.

had some back pain at beginning, didn't feel it much during the race

And an awesome race it was!!  Now that you have one under your belt, you should have an inkling of what you need to work on!  Speedy transitions is one thiing for sure, FREE SPEED!  If you look at the results, some people took enough time to take a shower and change, wtf??  You had an awesome run!!  AND you ran up that beastly hill!!!  I bet you can't wait for the next one!!!!
