Stuck in a miniscule hotel pool for two days, swimming corner to corner, found myself "sighting" to stay on a 45 degree angle . . .  off by a degree or two either way would just be wrong.

And routinely say "on your left" passing people on airport people movers . . . its a sickness, but a good sickness.

"how old are you"?

"35 to 39"

Hahahaha.  I DO say, when asked how old I am, "I'll be 34 by the end of the year" Laughing

Laundry day has a spandex load.

In season triple the laundry and half the dryer sheets used.

Meulen - 2012-05-10 9:01 AM I walked into the elevator this morning and did a flip turn.  The people in the elevator were looking at me funny.  I couldn't figure out if it was the flip turn or the fact that I hadn't showered before jumping in the elevator. Sealed

did you say,"On your left"?

these cracked me up.

A friend had a birthday the other day.  Instead of asking his age I asked if he changed AG.

I also have a spandex load...sometimes two...on laundry day.

If anything unexpected comes up in my schedule I automatically think "OK, how will this affect my training schedule".

I shaved a pound and a half off my car by clearing out the kid toys in the trunk.  I already notice the difference on hills

I can finally grocery shop in spandex without any self consciousness.

Grocery store of choice?  The one where Clif builders bars are always on sale for $1.19

I had some yard work to knock out last weekend before some friends stopped by and as I'm heading out to the garage I see my watch and think maybe I'll throw it on and see how long it takes me to get the backyard done. Then I jokingly say to my wife that I wonder if anyone has timed themself mowing and how long it took to mow one row and then see if they can beat that time on the next row! As I begin to think I may do just that!!

I wonder how many miles I go when I ride the mower, push the push mower, or trim with the weedwacker. I'll let you know when I break out the Garmin for next weeks yard work.

I did this when I got my 405 to "test" it out. Mowing my yards is just over 1 mile. I didn't count it as a work out though as my heart rate never reached zone 2.
