I've thought about this too. If you do the legs, shouldn't you also do your arms....for the same reasons you did the leg. And if you do you arms, might as well do you chest...and you head....nexthing you know you are hairless all over and spend 2 hrs a week just to avoid razor stubble on you arse. I've grown a goatee just so I don't have to shave my face as much.

I don't shave my legs, but last year I got a "neck down" prior to heart surgery.  Didn't include the arms.  They used a groomer tool that was like clippers, except was as smooth as a shave.  It was pretty quick.  I asked my surgeon brother-in-law about the shaving/grooming before surgery, and he said that shaving has been out for a few years, since it abrades the skin and raises bacterial count on the skin - something the groomer does not.  I now wonder why more cyclists/swimmers don't just groom instead of shaving.
