IronTrac   app for the I-phone  lets you track multiple athletes.   It just a buck or two.

Are you guys checking out the live feed out of T1?

I thought I saw Sue Ott, but she doesn't have a swim split yet even with 1:42 swimmers times posted. She is a much faster swimmer than that.  Maybe a timing chip issue?

Thanks!  My coach beat her previous swim from last year by 2:54, whoohoo!!  (She wants to beat her previous overall by 2:49 to reach a landmark time for her).  If she does the same for everything else, she got it!!

Edit:  But she had a T1 of 50 secs longer  This is nervewracking ah!

I DNF'd off the bike at 95.  Not my day.  Sick, dizzy, dehydrated, fell over, my bike fell over, bike broke.  Its OK  I knew that was a possibility when I toed the line this am so undertrained.  I probably could have made the bike cut off but no way could I have completed the marathon.  WIll come back and fight another day

I finished right under 11 hrs. I wanted to improve on my 10:42 from last year, but it was not in the cards today. I saw Jeremy and I think Erwin on the bike. Jeremy must have dropped the hammer on run because when he left the tent I did not see him anymore. I was massacred on the swim, but it was the only thing I improved on. I can not wait to volunteer next yea, because I sure as hell will not be back!!!
