Proud of her...

 

As an aside to her approach...I think counting the calories and hitting the net amount is the most sound way.    This encourages you to workout which allows you to eat more.

Good stuff.  What an inspiration.  There's a lot we can and should do as a tri community to help people make these great life re-affirming decisions.  Great team - you both represent what strong will and determination can accomplish.
