Comments: I knew this was a short swim so I went out hard... too hard. arms were tight, why I should have warmed up more (didn't even stretch). Had to recoup about 100 yards from shore What would you do differently?: Just swim a little above normal pace. warmup longer Transition 1

Comments: loooong transition because of the type of race for today. had to dismount and run about 75 yards to my bike, rack and go. What would you do differently?: nothing Run

Race was at 5pm.. super sprint... A lot of time to think and prep. We took an hour ride throughout the course. Did a 20 min warmup then 3x1 pickups on the bike. Felt good. Did not change too much from my normal day since I was more focused on the 2 OLY for Saturday than this race.
swam for 30 seconds... should have been longer as I would find that out when I started the swim. Hot out, especially in the wetsuit.
