I think coconut water on it's own is nasty.  I like add a bit of cherry juice which is high in potassium. Sometimes add grape juice.

I love coconut water!  Don't usually go for stuff with so much hype, but coconut water lives up to the hype!  If you hate the taste, you could add it to a smoothie.

I Tri Hard - 2012-05-29 4:35 PM Why the comparison between coconut water and chocolate milk?  Seems like those are two completely different products doing two completely different things?..

Both are used for post work outs as a recovery drink.
