I'd say I am jealous, as I spent most of the bike last year wondering how I was going to last 10 miles running, but going balls to the wall on that bike is going to hurt up Toro 

Just did the ojai century Saturday so did much of the bike course (albeit in reverse).

Oh I was so looking forward to this weekend, felt totally ready. Then yesterday what should have been a really easy run turned really bad. It was the first time I'd had to slow to a walk in months, a year, a long time! Now my confidence is shot to hell and I'm obsessing over nutrition. Embarassed Taking the next couple of days to rest and remember I am more than prepared for this!

ah no worries, that hill was nothing to sneeze at.  i didn't review the course maps very well prior to the race, so it was a surprise to me.

i'm working on doing better at nutrition as well.
