Regular  156  |  Subject: Shameless self promotionI guess its really shamefull self promotion. I can't seem to resist working triathlons into a conversation if the opportunity presents itself and I immediately feel like heel. I guess on some level I'm seeking recognition and validation for my efforts or the "Oh really? Cool." response. On the other hand I guess I'm just sharing something about myself (harmless rationalization). I heard two guys talking about tris at Subway and actually almost attempted to join the conversation. I'm just passionate that's all. Nothing wrong with that. . . . . . Right? |

It's not like you're constantly boasting but its most of our passion so why not chat about your passion that you train and race consistently throughout the year? |
