Overall good swim especially for my first. Sighted good but had to switch to breathing every other stroke after the first 200 yards or so.

Bike was good. Maybe I went a little too hard and paid the price in the run but I did not think it at the time. Shoulder was hurting so did not stay down in aero as much as I should be

Uhhg suffered on the run. Calf started hurting at mile 2, twisted my knee at mile 3. Miles 3-4.5 went good and was feeling better but the last 1.5 miles I was beat.
What would you do differently?:

Need to log more miles. MUST wear my compression sleeves.
