Event comments:

I hadn't trained much in a couple of months due to my daughter being born in early June, but I thought I was fit enough to be able and go out and have fun. I was wrong... I started cramping in my quads a bit on the bike around mile 20, and then by the time I was at mile 1 of the run I was finished. Absolutely miserable trying to get through this. Next time I can't train adequately I'll just be skipping the race.
