I use it.  Seems straight forward, easy to use.  I also like the scanning option.  The expended calories it calculates is usually within 40 calories of my GPS calculations.  I use it for caloric tracking and that's it so I don't know what their "message boards" and forums are like if you're looking to use them.

Best of luck with it!

I use it too.  I really like it.  I used the online Weight Watchers for about a year and I had to pay for it.  I like myfitnesspal better and it is free.

I've been using for over two months now and it is really great. Saw some recommendations for it on here and it has really done the trick. Keeping track of everything that you eat seems to be the way to lose the additional weight (12 pounds over the last 2 months).

I've used it for almost a year; it's very easy.  It works better than FitDay and the WebMD calorie trackers.

I cook a lot at home, and it's easy to input - and later to modify - the nutrition data for recipes with mfp.  I lost 25# and have maintained that for almost a year,  logging everything about 4-5 days every week.

I Downloaded and use it. Its pretty easy to find foods especially with the barcode scanner. Good app for tracking calories but not so great for workouts.

I have been using it for about 7 months now and it is the best app out there.  Like others I have used some of the other ones but this one is just so easy to use.  It has a lot of the local stuff and in most cases you can just scan it and it will add it for you.  I add my training times and intensities.  Though I don't think it's 100% correct with everything.  At the end of the day and you complete you entry portion it says I would weigh some crazy number in 5 weeks.  None of those numbers have happened but I have been losing a bunch.  I think the big thing it does for me is it makes me think when I reach for a cookie or candy bar I automatically think "man that's 350 calories?  I can eat 4 containers or yogurt and still be under that.  Do I really want that?"  Then I go eat an apple and all is right with the world.

love it.  I found I knew which types of foods i should eat, but MFP showed me that I had been eating far too much.  Its worked great.

My wife used it and I looked at it, but I prefer Trainingpeaks.
You can log your own metrics (like weight body fat and sleep houra) as well as macronutrition. Also I would not want to miss the tracking of distance for equipment, this way I know when I need to get new running shoes.

I used it for the first 4-5 months when I began running to help watch my diet and it helped me lose 16lbs. Plus it was a nice reality check on what I was eating and after five months I can make a decent guess on foods now so it has really helped me to understand what I'm eating and how to watch my calories. A+ for the free app!

I have been using it since the first of the year.  It is a great app.  Before using it I honestly had no idea how many calories I was consuming.  I lost 25# and reached my goal weight within the first 3 months of using it and now I use it just to maintain.

Another satisfied user.

I started using it in October of last year (long before Triathlon was on my radar). I went from 219 lbs in October 2011 to 178 lbs (-41!) when I did my first Try-a-Tri last weekend.  I've gone from size 40 jeans to size 34.

The database is good and the bar code scanner is excellent.  I find the numbers for exercise are high relative to what my Garmin reports, so I use the Garmin numbers, which means I may be shorting myself sometimes, but I also allow myself a couple of cheat days per month.

I've been using it for about 6 months now.  Initially to drop some weight (12 pounds) and now to maintain.  I tell everyone that I know that if you want to lose weight all you have to do is use this app and be honest about the data you enter.  I also use my Garmin data for calories since MFP tends to be higher.  I'd rather err on the side of caution.  It's hard to believe that it's free.  It's all about accountability!

I use it and love it.  It is also my main training log.  I really like putting in my recipes so i don't have to add each individual item each time.

I also used it.  Started using it a few months ago.  Kind of fell off the wagon.  Just started using it again.  I have 2 "friends" and we keep each other in check.  They requested to be my "friend" so I don't know how to do it.  You could look for me.  Same user name.

Ive been using it for a couple of months and really happy with it.

Just found out something useful this week that I didnt realize as I had never been on the website.  At the website you can change/add meal groups (ie the default is breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks).  Its great as I can now set up a "sports" group and isolate all my training nutrition.

I've been using it for about a month.  I really like it.  It has a great iPhone app, which makes it very easy to use during the day.

Been using it for 3 months and lost 10 lbs. Keeps me honest and aware of what I'm actually eating. I usually input my own calorie expenditures from my hr monitor. Easy to use.
