Mate Im moving to Melbourne, for a two year posting, yeah Ron pay back for all the mickey I have been pulling about the good weather in brisbane, so I will be adjusting to the new climate. However I will only slow the intensity or my program for a month, and get ready for the new year. I think with all the rain they get down there I might be spending a bit more time spinning than getting on the road, until I find a new training route. Also its my intention to join a tri club

Time to buy a wetsuit

training plans??? school is out in 3 weeks...HEEEEHAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  so, undoubtedly i will miss several workouts gearing up for finals and a presentation and getting totally stressed.  BUT will be in sunny, warm, perfect, beautiful pine island florida for 2 weeks!  yeah, that's right...my longest vacation ever.  usually work/school is so frantic leading up to my xmas vacation, it takes me that whole week to just unwind...BUT then it's time to go.  i can't wait this time.  gonna be working on a lot of site updates, new training plans (oly's, 1/2im's, sprints - with a lot of variation for lifestyle), super-mega-awesome-blow-your-tiny-little-minds-updated logs and other cool stuff for 2004.  all this while eating yummy food, drinking real beer under a palm tree overlooking the canals.  will be running and kayaking daily (of course...only limited slacking here!)

Craig, I have grown up in the Melbourne area too. I've been all around the world, but never got to Australia. I would love to go someday!

Pretty funny about the palm tree. I had a fake tree growing up, so I always want a 8-10 ft real tree now
