Woke up early. Drank 3-4 cups coffee. Ate 1 piece of dry toast. Loaded bike and gear and headed for Smithfield.

Watched the start of the pool swim and shook the arms out.

Legs were feeling it from my pushing the bike and I never caught my breath. Kept pushing it and passed a good number of people.

Need to work on bike so legs are not feeling it so much on the run.
