Wow. Probably the worst thing i have ever done. I know i shouldnt have done this. i was not prepared. I really, truthfully didnt think i was going to make it. If it wasnt for a couple of sandbars on the backstretch i might not have. I was very ill-prepared for this but i did finish so...

I did pretty good here. Caught up to the race a little bit. the miles i have ridden this spring have seemed to paid off. feel very strong on the hills.

not drop one of my gatorade bottles

By far my strongest event. caught up a lot here and felt strong all the way to the end. my favorite part of the race for sure

SWIM
I need to practice my open water swimming if i am going to continue to do events in the open water. It is simple i know but i really sucked on the swim.

The course was only too hard because i cant swim. otherwise this triathlon rocks!!

Good Job Chris ~ Very respectable time.......some of us always have slow swim times

I did the race last year - the bike course is really rough.....not surprised you lost a bottle. You need to give the Tulsa Tri a shot.... The course is a little harder because of a few hills on the bike and run, but since those are your strong events you should do well...... The swim is a two-loop swim in a cove - not too bad. It's a great race.
