I need to stock up on some gels and other nutrition (specifically Gu and Hammer). Where is the best bang for your buck online with free shipping?

TriSports, All3Sports and RunningWarehouse.com. And there are others.

You have to catch a sale or use a discount code. Runningwarehouse ships their shoes free,  not sure about other stuff. Don't know of any other online  stores that ship free, in fact thats where they get your $$ alot of times.

I actually just bought a box of Bonk Breaker bars at my local bike shop just as cheap as I could get them online so you might check local as well.

Running warehouse is free 2day shipping on anything (plus they ship the same day if in my 3pm PST).  Search around and you can find a 15% off coupon code also.

Performance Bike shop (there is one in Akron) is great, but you have to wait for the sale.

 

edit:  It looks like nutrition stuff is 30% off through Sunday.

Amazon is my default retailer of choice. I use AllStarHealth for Bonk Breakers and new flavors of Builders Bars. Infinit for Infinit. If you're a new customer to Hammer Nutrition and you're going to spend over $100, then buy direct from them for a discount and welcome package.

I use Amazon, too.  

Used to use bodybuilder.com (can get almost anything from them) until I realized I can use my Discover Cashback Rewards to purchase from Amazon ~ woo hoo!

Google is your friend for finding deals when you need them.

Find a race that gives out gift certificates to running stores for AG prizes. That's how I get most of my nutrition. Not sure if the store changed their policy after I spent my gift certificate all on Cliff blocks and gels last time!

No one uses REI?  They are great.  If you order more than 12 nutrition items everything is 20% off.  Each GU counts as a nutrition item.  And yes they have free shipping.  They have GU Hammer, Slat stick, etc. 

Use them for pretty much all my nutrition.  Don't have to worry about shopping around, discount codes, etc.   http://www.rei.com/category/4500061
